Video sessions, anywhere in the state, and no second office.
There is one room, in Long Beach. Everything else is secure video. If you are physically in California at the time of the session, this works, and the fee, the length and the work are identical.
You have to be in California. That is the whole constraint.
I am licensed in California only. That means the state you are physically sitting in during the session is what matters: not where you pay taxes, not where your family is from. If you are out of state that week, we move the appointment.
Beyond that, telehealth here is not a lesser tier. It is the same fifty minutes, the same fees ($185 individual, $225 couples), and the same sliding scale of $170-$225.
The men's group is telehealth only by design, so distance costs you nothing there at all.

From the first email to a weekly session.

A free 15-minute call
You email a few lines about what is going on. We talk briefly, you ask what you want to ask, and nobody takes a clinical history on that call.
Everything in the practice runs this way already.
Individual work, couples work, structured disclosure, and the weekly group.
