Published, so you are not making a decision in the dark.
Private pay, clear fees, and a sliding scale that is an actual conversation. Nothing on this page is a surprise later.
Session fees
One fee per format, published here so the money is settled before the first conversation about it.

| Service | Format | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Individual Therapy | 50 minutes, telehealth or in person | $185 |
| Couples Therapy | 50 minutes, telehealth or in person | $225 |
| Men's Group | 60 minutes weekly, telehealth | $185 per month |
Sliding scale
Fees on the sliding scale run $170-$225. Tell me what is sustainable and we agree on a number. A limited number of reduced-fee slots are open at any time.
Free consultation
A 15-minute phone consultation costs nothing and creates no clinical record. It exists so you can hear how I work before committing to anything.
Cancellation
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full session fee.
Private pay. I do not work with insurance.
This is a private-pay practice. I am not on any insurance panel and I do not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of each session through the practice's secure scheduling and payment system, and I walk you through the setup before the first appointment.
That is a deliberate choice, not an oversight. It keeps the work between the two of us rather than shaped by what a plan will authorize, and it keeps your treatment record out of an insurer's system. In this area of life, most men consider that privacy worth paying for.
If cost is the obstacle, say so on the consultation call. The sliding scale exists for exactly that conversation, and a limited number of reduced-fee slots are open at any given time.

From first call to ongoing work
Step through the sequence so nothing about the administrative side is a mystery.

Free 15-minute phone consultation
No cost, no intake paperwork, and nothing entered as a clinical record. You describe what is going on at whatever level of detail you want, and I tell you how I would approach it and what it costs.
