A life that looks orderly from outside, and a week you can barely stand.
The Orange County version of my betrayal trauma page. The substance is on the main page; what is here is how partners in this county tend to find out, and why most of them start by video.
For what betrayal trauma is, what the early weeks ask, and how structured disclosure is planned, the main page is the fuller account. I would rather you read that than a shortened copy of it.
What this page adds is local and practical: how discovery usually happens in these households, what overlapping circles do to who you can tell, and why the format question matters more here than people expect.
