Two calendars, one freeway, and a marriage that runs efficiently.
The Orange County version of my couples page. The main page holds the method; this one is about the obstacles that actually decide whether couples here keep coming.
The main couples page is where the approach lives: how I hold two people at once, what I do with a conversation that spirals, and why I am not in the business of deciding who is right.
This page adds the county-specific part: the logistics that quietly end couples therapy, and the particular shape of a relationship that is being run well and lived thinly.
Four things worth saying out loud early.

Choose the version you will still be doing in June.
There is one office and it is in Long Beach; there is no Orange County location. Couples sessions are 50 minutes at $225 by video anywhere in California or in person there, with a sliding scale between $170 and $225 when the fee is the obstacle.
My honest advice for most couples in the south of the county is video weekly, with an occasional in-person session when something needs a room. Consistency beats ceremony.
Logistics that decide everything else.
